Wedding Reception at Winters Barns - Saturday 12 March 2016
Every plate that was served matched our high expectations from the tasting a year earlier and the only thing that could possibly distract from the quality of the food was the quality of the service - some of our guests were quite enthralled at how well organised and perfectly executed each course was brought to the table! Unlike some other weddings I've been to I don't think any table or individual was left behind at any point - it really was like having a fine dining experience but somehow catered for a whole room full of people. The canapés were also delicious - before the wedding one of our guests told us we'd never get a chance to try them because we'd be so busy despite us protesting that our caterer had promised to save us some - sure enough they were delivered to us personally by the catering manager at the earliest opportune moment.
