Gavin started his catering career when studying a professional chefs course at Canterbury College from 1997 to 2000. During his time there he had the opportunity to go to Spain and cater for a geology trip. He also won the coveted Blue Apron 3rd Year Award for outstanding achievement and hard work.
Since college, Gavin has cooked in various establishments from public houses, AA rosette hotels, AA rosette golf clubs, private hospitals and colleges, up until joining Scott Anderson Ltd.
Gavin thoroughly enjoys being part of the Scott Anderson team and his role as Sous Chef, ensuring that the dishes he serves are memorable ones, be that a tasting session or the wedding day, and that the bride and groom have great memories of Scott Anderson Ltd.
