Hi Caroline,
Our daughter Zoe was married at Hayne House on Sunday and we had the best of days from start to finish.
We were so impressed with your team and the food and service they delivered to us that we felt we need to bring that to the big boss lady’s attention!
The food was delicious, so well presented and hot.
Now to the service of said food, it was superb, the team came out in line to each table and it was so amazing to see them serve the plate, stand back and clasp hands behind their backs. Not once was that missed, you drilled them well.
Many of our guests commented on this service and were equally impressed.
We are now coming down from cloud nine and catching up with friends.
So in summary, your team did great and you should be justifiably proud.
