Dear Nicola,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your wonderful team at Scott Anderson.
Where do I start?
The food was absolutely amazing and was the talk of the wedding. My only regret was not eating any of the evening food!! 🤣 So many friends said the grilled cheese toasted sandwiches were the best they’d ever eaten and the burgers and chips were spot on too.
Certainly beat a buffet style arrangement.
The food during the day was out of this world! Your chefs/kitchen staff deserve to be mentioned even though they are behind the scenes.
The waiters/waitresses were so lovely and professional at the same time. Huge grateful thanks to them.
Not sure if the bar staff come down to you or WB but either way they were all fabulous. For John the Bar Manager words are just not enough, they really aren’t. What a lovely, amazing gentleman.
I’m so sorry but I can’t remember the orher gentleman in the attached photo’s name. I think it was Dave but apologies if I’m wrong. He was with us during our tasting day and so helpful about everything. So knowledgeable but a beautiful soul too. Congratulations to him as I’m sure he was getting married in the not too distant future. I absolutely love the enclosed photograph and I hope he does too! Please pass it on.
And finally you Nicola. The word ‘Thank you’ just isn’t a good enough word! You took my stress away from me and for that I’m truly grateful. It shows how good at your job you are by the way the day went so well. Everyone loved the day and have commented it was the best wedding they’d ever been too.
Time for me to go as I really need to pack my case for going away tomorrow.
